Submit price reports in accordance with the Regulation on the Reporting of Commodities Subject to Market Organization

The Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE) monitors the markets for grains, feed, fats, milk, and sugar in Germany and reports on them regularly. To do so, it draws on data from producers, producer associations, processing plants, and trading companies in the

  • the fats industry,
  • grain industry,
  • feed industry,
  • dairy industry,
  • sugar industry
  • yeast industry, and the
  • food industry.

If you are engaged in business activities in one of the above-mentioned sectors, you are required to report to the BLE on a regular basis.

In your price reports, you must report the purchase or selling prices of certain food products:

  • Cheese
  • Drinking milk
