User accounts

User accounts allow you to identify yourself in online applications and support you in the digital processing of your application. For example, forms can be automatically pre-filled with data stored in your user account. In addition, authorities can send you digital messages via the mailbox function of the user accounts (notifications, status reports on your application, etc.).

The following two account types are available, catering to the different requirements of citizens and companies.
