If you, as a German airline, wish to use aircraft under wet lease agreements, you must apply for or notify us of this.

As a passenger, you enjoy certain rights in the EU.

Were you affected by a flight cancellation, delay, involuntary denied boarding or transportation in a lower or higher booking class than the one booked? Then you can file a complaint under certain conditions.

If you would like to apply for a tourist visa for the Federal Republic of Germany and are still abroad, please contact the German diplomatic mission in your country.

If you were not informed about the operating airline, or were not informed in good time, or if you were not offered alternative transportation or reimbursement of ticket costs in the event of a flight cancellation with a company classified as unsafe, you can file a complaint.
